A review is not removed simply because you disagree with its content or because it affects your average rating.
Your metrics are calculated based on all the ratings received. This means that one or a few negative ratings are diluted across the total results obtained.
Although you cannot edit reviews, you can work on the areas that influence the customer experience:

- Keep stock and offer information up to date.
