It is possible that, on more than one occasion, an offer that you have configured does not appear on the website. The reasons may vary, and here we will explain what they are:
Disabled Article
If you have uploaded an offer for an article that is indicated as disabled, it is an automatic deactivation that our system performs on articles that have been inactive for more than three months without visits or purchases by customers, and therefore, in our understanding, they are not of interest to them.
If you are very interested in activating an article, you must let us know, but always with an action plan that ensures that the article regains customer interest. This is achieved through competitiveness and by using our PcAds service. Buybox
We remind you, as indicated in this article, https://marketplacehelp.pccomponentes.com/hc/es-es/articles/21634644576157-Buybox, that our website displays the top five winners of the Buybox, so if your offer is not in that position, it will not be displayed.
Recommended Retail Price (RRP) Blocker
To prevent speculation and offer the best shopping experience to our customers, we have a blocker for the recommended retail price (RRP). This means that if you upload an article with an RRP of €100 and set a price of €110, the offer will not be visible on the website.
|
If you are manufacturers or sell your own brand, we invite you to share with us the list of RRPs for your products by sending us a file containing the name of the product, its EAN or our article code, along with its corresponding RRP. This will help maintain your brand's image.
PRICE BLOCKER
To prevent price errors or unrealistic discount prices, we have activated a price blocker that, for security, detects all articles with incorrect prices that have a difference of at least 70% below the previous offer for that product. That is, if you create an offer with a base price of €100 and apply an 80% discount, the article will cost €20, but the system will not display it on the website.
How to fix it?
You have two ways to do it:
- Completely remove the offer and upload the article again with a different SKU for the offer (otherwise, the system will remember it and will not display the article).
- Reduce the price in increments of less than 70%. That is, if you have an article priced at €100 and later synchronize it at €20, you cannot synchronize it back to €100, but you will have to make gradual reductions, in increments of less than 70%, until you reach the desired price.
NO ACTIVE SALES CHANNEL
Another reason why you may not see your offer on the website is because you have configured the article's shipping with its corresponding sales channel deactivated.
For example: imagine that you have configured the shipping time for mainland Spain but, however, the Spanish sales channel is not activated.
This causes your offer to not be visible to customers.

NO SHIPPING CONFIGURATION
If, on the other hand, you have the sales channel activated but have not configured the article's shipping, the offer will be visible on the website, but it will not allow the purchase of the product and will give an error when the customer tries to finalize it.
Although in this case the offer is visible, it is important to highlight the poor shopping experience caused by not having the sales channel activated and its corresponding shipping configured.
