If you have refurbished items, sync them to your catalog and start selling. Here's how.
What is a refurbished item?
These are items that either come from a return, or have been repaired to restore functionality, in some cases, as if they were new products.
On our Marketplace, you can list your refurbished items under three conditions which we explain below:

Offer Description
You can use the "Offer Description" field when syncing offers, either manually or using the file.
This way you can inform about the exact condition of the refurbished items you are going to sell, avoiding possible issues and bringing the customer closer to your product.
For example:
- Item in perfect condition. Comes from display. Slightly damaged packaging.
- Item from a return. Does not include charger.
- Item from a return. Small 2mm scratch on upper left corner.

How to Sync Refurbished Items
To register a refurbished item, modify the "Offer Status" field.
