From Shipping options, you can adjust general aspects related to your shipments:
- Order cut-off time: defines the latest time by which you can prepare an order while keeping the configured delivery time.
- Free shipping for all orders: allows you to enable a global option so all your orders have free shipping.
If you need to configure shipping costs by zone, fixed prices or free shipping from a specific order amount, you must do it from Settings > Shipping > Shipping charges.
To access this configuration, go to:
- Settings > Shipping > Shipping options
- Direct URL: access shipping options.
The order cut-off time allows you to define a cut-off point for your shipments. This time indicates until when you can manage an order while keeping the configured delivery time.
By default, the Operator choice option is shown. If you keep this option, the cut-off time defined by PcComponentes will be used.
You can change the time according to your logistics capacity. When you change it, the system will automatically adjust the delivery times shown to the customer.
For example, if you set the cut-off time to 16:00 and a customer places an order at 17:00 with 24-hour delivery, the system will show that the order will arrive in 48 hours.

If you want to offer free shipping on all orders, you can enable Offer free shipping for all orders from Shipping options.
This is the simplest option if you want all your orders to have a shipping cost of €0, without configuring amounts by zone or shipping method.

To configure shipping costs by zone, fixed prices or ranges by order amount, go to:
- Settings > Shipping > Shipping charges
- Direct URL: access shipping charges.
Free shipping from a specific order amount is configured from Shipping charges, under Order shipping amount.
When you select a zone, you can choose between these options:
- Free shipping: shipping will have no cost for that configuration.
- Fixed price: lets you enter an initial shipping cost and an additional cost if the customer buys more than one unit.
- Order price range: lets you define a shipping cost based on the order amount. This is the right option to configure free shipping from €50.
|
|
The Fixed price option allows you to configure a base shipping cost and, if needed, an additional cost per extra unit.
For example, you can set shipping at €4 for the first unit and, if the customer buys more than one unit, set the shipping cost at €4.25.

|
To configure mandatory free shipping from €50, select Order price range.
This option lets you set one shipping cost for orders up to a specific amount and another cost for orders from a higher amount.
To comply with the free shipping rule from €50, configure the range so that:
- Orders below €50 have the relevant shipping cost.
- Orders equal to or above €50 have a shipping cost of €0.
|
|
You can also configure free shipping from the shipping method itself. This option is usually simpler because you can set a fixed price and indicate that shipping will be free from €50.
If you have several shipping methods, you will need to review and configure this condition in each of them.
