The connector allows you to link your Fulfillment inventory items to your offers published in Mirakl.
This relationship is required so PcComponentes can identify which offers must be fulfilled from Fulfillment and so the stock of those offers is managed from the available Fulfillment inventory.
To install the connector for the first time, contact your account manager and request activation.
You must provide:
- Your shop name.
- Your Mirakl shop ID.
Once the technical team has configured the connector, you will be able to start using it from the Fulfillment tool.
For an offer to be fulfilled from Fulfillment, you must create the relationship between the item in your Fulfillment inventory and the corresponding Mirakl offer.
- Access the Fulfillment tool.
- Go to Connectors > PcComponentes.
- Select the + button to create a new relationship.
- Enter the offer SKU in Mirakl.
- Save the relationship.
From this same section, you can register, edit or delete relationships between the item SKU in Fulfillment and the offer SKU in Mirakl.
When you create the relationship, the information is communicated to Mirakl and the offer becomes linked to Fulfillment.
- The offer stock becomes the available stock in the Fulfillment inventory.
- The offer is shipped by FULFILLMENT-BY-PCCOMPONENTES.
- While the relationship is active, the stock of that offer is managed from Fulfillment.
If you delete a relationship from the connector panel, the offer returns to your control in Mirakl.
In that case, the offer will return with 0 units in stock. If that relationship was your only available stock reference, review your inventory before enabling units again on the offer.
When a customer places an order that includes an offer managed by Fulfillment, order preparation is handled automatically.
- You do not need to take manual action on that order from Mirakl.
- Tracking is added automatically when the order is dispatched.
- The order follows PcComponentes' usual customer communication flow.
If an order contains offers managed by Fulfillment and offers not managed by Fulfillment, Mirakl may internally split the order into several parts to group the lines that can be fulfilled from Fulfillment.
If you need to cancel order preparation, review the order details inside the Fulfillment application.
- Access the order details in the Fulfillment tool.
- Select the bin icon if it is available.
- Check whether the system allows the cancellation.
- If cancellation is completed, access Mirakl to process the full refund and close the order.
- The connector links Fulfillment items to Mirakl offers: this lets PcComponentes know which offers must be fulfilled from Fulfillment.
- You must request activation from your account manager: you will need your shop name and Mirakl ID.
- Stock is managed from Fulfillment: the offer uses the available stock in the Fulfillment inventory.
- If you delete a relationship: the offer returns to your control with 0 units in stock.
- Fulfillment orders are managed automatically: you do not need to prepare them manually from Mirakl.
- Cancellation depends on the order status: if it is allowed, you must then process the full refund in Mirakl.
