1️⃣ Before you start

Before creating an inbound shipment, check that:

  • The products have been created in Inventory.
  • The SKU in the file matches the SKU registered in Fulfillment.
  • The quantities are correct.
  • You have box or pallet information ready, where applicable.
  • The carrier has the necessary information to deliver the goods to the warehouse.
2️⃣ How to create the inbound shipment
  1. Access the Fulfillment tool.
  2. Go to Inbound shipments.
  3. Enter a descriptive title for the inbound shipment.
  4. Enter the expected warehouse delivery date.
  5. Import the file with the products included in the shipment.
  6. Select Create inbound shipment to start processing.

The title can include information such as product type, supplier or purchase date so you can identify the inbound shipment more easily.

3️⃣ What the file must include

The inbound shipment file must follow the provided template and include the required product information.

Field Description
Product SKU Must match the SKU created in Inventory.
Product name Descriptive item name.
Condition If left blank, it will be considered new by default.
Quantity Units being sent to the warehouse.
Box number Complete if applicable.
Pallet number Complete if applicable and box number is not used.
Batch Complete if applicable.
Expiry date Complete if applicable.
Important: Box number and Pallet number are mutually exclusive fields. Do not complete both for the same line.
4️⃣ What happens after uploading the file

When you create the inbound shipment and the file is processed, you will receive an email with the result.

  • If the file contains errors: they will be shown in the file itself so you can download it, correct it and upload it again.
  • If everything is correct: you will receive a confirmation.
Recommendation: keep a copy of the imported files and confirmation emails so you can review your inbound shipment history.
5️⃣ How to use the inbound label

After the inbound shipment has been registered correctly, a unique label will be generated to identify the goods in the warehouse.

  1. Download the label from Inbound shipments.
  2. Also check your email, where you will receive a copy.
  3. Print the label clearly and legibly.
  4. Place the label in a visible area on each package.
  5. Check that each box or pallet has the corresponding label.
Important: the label is required to correctly identify the goods during warehouse receipt. If packages are not labelled correctly, delays or processing issues may occur.
6️⃣ How to send the goods to the warehouse

Once the label has been placed, you must send the goods by your own means to the warehouse address indicated for the service.

  • Make sure the carrier has the correct address.
  • Check that all packages are labelled.
  • Verify that the goods match the inbound shipment created in the tool.
  • Keep the shipment documentation and inbound confirmation.
7️⃣ Summary
