In this section, we show you how to correctly configure your shipments, set rates, and define delivery times for your orders in our Marketplace.
Accesing the shipping configuration |
Location: "Settings" - "Shipping Price" - "Shipping Costs"
Initial setup |
If this is your first time configuring your shipments:
- Click the blue button "Add a shipping zone".
- A window will appear to select the territories where you wish to sell.
- Scroll down to the "Method" section.
- Click on "Selected methods only" and then "Edit".
Define shipping times |
- Select the shipping times you want to offer and click "Done" to confirm.
- Just below you'll see the "Shipping Costs" section, where you can:
- Define the shipping cost.
- Set up free shipping.
Important: Shipments must be free on orders of €50 or more. You can configure it from here. |
On the main screen you’ll see the result:
Logistics classes |
- Each shipping method includes associated logistics classes.
- Deactivate those you will not use.
- When syncing your catalog, you must assign a logistics class to each product, which defines the associated shipping time.
Important: If you delete a logistics class, you will not be able to reactivate it unless you reset the entire territory configuration. We recommend deactivating them, not deleting them. |

Please note the following exclusive methods for these types of products:
Express (24 hours) with setup and old unit removal |
Express (48 hours) with setup and old unit removal |
Standard (48/72 hours) with setup and old unit removal |
3-5 day delivery with setup and old unit removal |
5-10 day delivery with setup and old unit removal |
Express (24 hours) with curbside delivery |

Important: Shipping must be free on all orders over €50. In GAE categories, you may apply charges only if you include extra services (such as installation or delivery to the customer's home).Even so, you must always offer a free curbside delivery option in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Please remember that the removal of the old appliance is always mandatory and free of charge for the customer. |
Add new shipping times |
- If you already have your shipments configured and wish to add new ones.
- Select the corresponding territory.
- Click on "More actions" - "Edit method".
- Select "Selected methods only" - "Edit".
- Select the new shipping time, click "Done" and then "Save".
Important: Only stores with a delivery efficiency over 90% can offer standard 24-hour deliveries. |
