You must ship the items as follows:
- The package must have neutral packaging with no logos that identify your brand.
- The package may include your printed invoice or not. However, you must still upload the invoice to the platform so the customer can download it.
- The package must not include brochures, promotional material, or discount codes from your store.
- The package must not be sealed with tape bearing your logo or website.
