1️⃣ What the packaging must look like
You must send items using neutral packaging.
- The package must not include logos that could identify your store.
- The package must not include your website.
- The sealing tape or packaging tape must not include your logos, commercial name or website.
2️⃣ What documents you may include
You may include a printed invoice inside the package, but this is not mandatory.
Please note: even if you include a printed invoice, you must always upload it to the platform so the customer can download it.
3️⃣ What you must not include in the package
You must not include commercial or promotional elements from your store.
- Commercial leaflets.
- Advertising material.
- Coupons or discounts for your store.
- Cards or documents directing the customer to buy outside the platform.
