Failure to comply with these conditions may result in violations classified as minor, moderate, or serious, depending on their nature and recurrence. Each type of violation entails proportional corrective measures aimed at promoting regulatory compliance and maintaining service quality.

A minor violation is considered any breach of the conditions accepted as a seller.
Once notified of the issue, you must correct it within the specified timeframe.
Even if resolved on time, the violation will still be recorded and monitored by the Quality Department.
If no further violations of the same type occur within 3 months, it will be considered corrected.
Once you are informed of the issue and the actions required, you must resolve it within the given timeframe.
Consequences:
If you accumulate 3 minor violations for the same reason, a 15-day payment hold will be applied.
Failure to respond will result in an indefinite payment hold until the issue is resolved.
A moderate violation is defined as the accumulation of 2 payment block sanctions due to minor violations.
If no further violations of the same type occur within 6 months, the violation is considered corrected.
Consequence:
The store will be suspended for 15 days.
A serious violation is defined as the accumulation of 2 moderate violations.
If no repeated violation occurs within 6 months, it will be considered corrected.
Consequences:
The store will be suspended for 30 days.
The accumulation of serious violations will result in the permanent closure of the store.
