In our Marketplace, it is essential to ensure a safe and reliable shopping experience for both customers and sellers. To achieve this, we have established a set of rules and conditions that regulate activity within the platform.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in different types of violations, classified as minor, moderate, and severe offenses, depending on the frequency and severity of the breach. Each of these violations entails corrective measures and penalties proportional to the offense, with the goal of encouraging rule compliance and maintaining service quality.
You will be able to monitor your own violations directly from the Mirakl platform, in the "violations" section.
Below are the different types of violations and their respective corrective measures.
Minor Violation
A minor violation is considered to be any breach of the accepted conditions.
Once we inform you of the procedural error and the management action required, you must resolve it within the indicated period. If not, we will withhold payment for 15 days.
Even if the issue is resolved within the given timeframe, it will still be considered a violation and will be subject to monitoring by the Quality department to ensure no further breaches occur. Repeated violations will result in a moderate violation. If no further violations of the same type occur within 3 months, the violation will be considered resolved.
Moderate Violation
A moderate violation is considered when one of the following conditions is met:
- Accumulation of 3 minor violations of different types.
- Repetition of 2 minor violations of the same type already warned.
- Failure to respond to the customer or to PcComponentes within 4 calendar days.
If no new violations of the same type occur within a period of 6 months, the violation will be considered resolved. This type of violation entails a 15-day suspension of the store.
Severe Violation
A severe violation is considered when one of the following conditions is met:
- Accumulation of 3 moderate violations of different types.
- Repetition of 2 moderate violations of the same type already warned.
- Failure to respond to the customer or to PcComponentes within 7 calendar days.
If no new violations of the same type occur within a period of 6 months, the violation will be considered resolved. This type of violation entails a 30-day suspension of the store.
The accumulation of severe violations will result in the permanent closure of the store.
