To obtain the Expert Seller badge, you must meet two sets of requirements:
- Operational quality metrics: order acceptance, late shipments, incidents, tracking and average response time.
- NPS: customer satisfaction after receiving their orders.
Operational metrics are calculated based on the average of the last 30 days.
