In this article, we explain how to manually send us all the necessary information to list a product in the catalog. This method is recommended if you only need to create a small number of items.
Location: "Prices and stock" - "Offers" - Click on the blue "Add an offer" button - Click on the blue "Create a product" button.

Start by selecting the product’s category. You can use the search tool to make the process easier.

Important: It is essential to follow our cataloging rules so that the creation is validated correctly. |
| NAME |
|
It must be clear, concise and follow this structure: BRAND + MODEL + PRODUCT TYPE + SPECIAL FEATURE(S) Limit: 100 characters |
| DESCRIPTION |
|
It must detail the product, its technical features, and any relevant information, taken from the manufacturer’s official website. This field must be completed in HTML code, following the structure defined in the cataloging rules. |
| BRAND |
|
Indicate the brand of the item. If it does not appear in the dropdown menu, contact us providing the exact brand name and its official website or a link to its product catalog. |
| VIDEO |
| You can include a short video from YouTube (links from other platforms are not accepted). |
| IMAGES |
|
Upload one or more images of the product. On the website, you can display as many as you want, but the upload template limit is 9.
The rest of the images must meet:

| Important: Upload at least one image. We recommend at least five to complete the product’s image carousel. |
| IDENTIFICATION CODES |
|
MPN: Original manufacturer reference. Unique code per product. Release date: If it has not yet been released to the market. Format: YYYY-MM-DD UPC, JAN or ISBN: Optional. We recommend prioritizing the use of EAN. |
SPECIFIC FIELDS |
| Depending on the selected category, specific fields for that type of product will appear (for example: inches, OS, RAM in laptops). Fill in only those that apply. |
You can create variants of the same product (such as colors or internal configurations).
Go to "Select variant attributes".
Choose the desired attribute and click "Add a variant".
Fill in the product data for each variant.
This way, the customer will be able to see and choose the variants from the same product page.
Once the product has been created, you must configure its offer (price, stock, condition...).

When everything is ready, click “Submit for approval”. The product will be sent to our cataloging team for review.
