The inbound shipment file must follow the provided template and include the required product information.

When you create the inbound shipment and the file is processed, you will receive an email with the result.
- If the file contains errors: they will be shown in the file itself so you can download it, correct it and upload it again.
- If everything is correct: you will receive a confirmation.
After the inbound shipment has been registered correctly, a unique label will be generated to identify the goods in the warehouse.
- Download the label from Inbound shipments.
- Also check your email, where you will receive a copy.
- Print the label clearly and legibly.
- Place the label in a visible area on each package.
- Check that each box or pallet has the corresponding label.
Once the label has been placed, you must send the goods by your own means to the warehouse address indicated for the service.
- Make sure the carrier has the correct address.
- Check that all packages are labelled.
- Verify that the goods match the inbound shipment created in the tool.
- Keep the shipment documentation and inbound confirmation.
