1️⃣ Where to configure shipping costs
You must configure the shipping cost of your products through the platform.
2️⃣ When you must offer free shipping
You must offer free shipping on orders equal to or above €50 for shipments to all countries, except islands.
3️⃣ What limits shipping costs must follow
Shipping costs must be reasonable and in line with market standards.
- They must not be higher than the shipping costs you apply on your own website.
- They must not be used to artificially increase the order price.
- They must be correctly configured on the platform.
4️⃣ What happens in warranty processes
Important: in warranty processes, you must not charge the customer any shipping costs.
