1️⃣ Available shipping and delivery options
These are the available shipping and delivery options for white goods:

| Delivery in 3-5 days with commissioning and collection of the old appliance |

2️⃣ What the service must include
All white goods must include:
- Free kerbside delivery.

Free additional service, which includes:
- Placement and commissioning of the new appliance.
- Collection of the old appliance, provided it is already disconnected and dismantled.
3️⃣ What commissioning includes
- Unpacking and inspection of the appliance.
- Unlocking, in the case of washing machines, levelling and placement.
- Connection to water and electricity supplies, provided no additional material is required and the existing installation complies with current regulations.
- Basic test to verify that the appliance works correctly.
Important: refrigerators require between 3 and
12 hours of rest before being started up.
4️⃣ What the service does not include
- Integration of built-in or integrated appliances.
- Dismantling or removal of the old appliance.
- Changing the door opening direction.
- Carpentry, electrical or plumbing work.
- Installation of parts or accessories not included with the appliance.
- Extensions to the current installation.
Important: if additional work not included in
the service is required, the product will be delivered without
installation to the location indicated by the customer.
