To offer a simple, fast, and cost-free alternative for returns, you can use Genei, a service recommended by PcComponentes that makes it easier for your customers to manage free returns.
Genei is a shipping service comparator that allows the customer to choose the most economical option according to their needs. In the case of free returns, the customer must always select the no-cost option.
At PcComponentes, we give you the option to use this service as a solution to efficiently manage free returns.
Important: If you sell from outside Spain and do not have a national warehouse for returns, you must not use Genei. In that case, you are required to provide the customer with a prepaid label for returning the product. |
If you choose to use Genei for your free returns, and a customer requests to return a product (within the legal period of 30 days from delivery), you must follow these steps:
Share with the customer the personalized Genei link that we will have provided to you.
This link will be linked to your warehouse, so the customer will only need to:
Enter their details.
Select the nearest free drop-off point.
The process is quick, intuitive, and free for the customer.
To obtain your personalized link, contact your Account Manager and provide the following information:
- Contact name
- Full warehouse address
- Postal code
- City
- Province
- Country
- Email address
- Contact phone number
We will handle the request with Genei and send you the link ready to use for all your returns.
Returns through Genei are managed via drop-off points.
If the customer prefers home pickup, you may apply an additional cost, except in the following cases, where free pickup is mandatory:
