When you do not offer free returns for withdrawal, you must offer the Genei service to customers.

What is Genei?

Genei is a shipping service search engine that selects the most economical option based on the customer’s specific needs. This allows them to return items affordably and easily.

Reminder: If you sell from abroad and do not have a warehouse in Spain for returns, do not use Genei, as you must provide a prepaid label. Only for sales within Spain.

When a customer informs you of their desire to make a return, which they are entitled to within 30 days of delivery, you should share with them a personalized Genei link. That is, a link that directly connects to your warehouse details so that the customer only needs to select the most suitable courier.

If you do not yet have this link, you must send us an email at marketplace@pccomponentes.com with the following information:

• Contact person.
• Warehouse address.
• Warehouse postal code.
• City.
• Province.
• Country.
• Email.
• Phone number.

We will get in touch with Genei so they can prepare a unique link for you, and we will share it so you can use it for each return you manage.

Reminder: If you have more than one warehouse, provide the one you use most often or, alternatively, send us a new email with its details so we can give you another link. Use whichever link is most appropriate based on the return being managed.
