The shipping time
The score given by the customer is incorporated into your overall average rating, which is publicly visible on your store page on PcComponentes.
Additionally, the system calculates an average of the ratings received over the last three months.
If this average drops below 3.5 stars, the account will be automatically suspended.
A good rating not only influences customer trust:
It also directly impacts your performance in the Buybox, as the platform uses this data as part of its algorithm.

It’s common for customers to ask questions on product pages. These inquiries are usually directed to other buyers, but you can also respond as the official brand of the product.
Providing quick and clear answers:

The questions appear in the "Questions and Answers" section of each product page. To reply officially, you only need to:
- Register on the PcComponentes website as a customer (using the email you’ll use to reply).
- Provide us with your brand(s) and the email address you used to register.
Notifications of new questions will be automatically sent to that email address.
